About JW Gamefish Trophies

JW Trophies is where marine artist, John Wells, offers the largest variety of top quality gamefish trophies and awards for dozens of world-class tournaments.  John earned his BFA (sculpture / painting) from Univ of Miami in 1981, and started a custom car business in 1983. After airbrushing motorcycles and "hot rods" in the 1980's, John's facination with marine art, led him to start designing unique gamefish tournament trophies and lamps in the 90's.

JW Trophies partners with a traditional trophy company, with 30 years of experience,  that offers full engraving services.
We are also partnered with several other artists (with expertise in photography, painting, and acrylic sculpture). Finally, tournament directors have a wide variety of high quality awards from one source!

We offer tournament directors a "one-stop trophy shop" for impressive awards and promotional items (in any price range). Contact me with your tournament info, (like tournament name, catagories, species, and your budget), and I'll email you back a proposal that offers the most "bang for your buck". From there we can fine-tune the details. We know what tournament directors need for an impressive awards ceremony. Our goal is to help take the pressure off directors and club committees leading up to tournament time.
